How ASAT handles information.

Information we collect

ASAT may collect contact information, job interests, availability, referral information, and business inquiries that you choose to submit. Do not submit Social Security numbers, banking details, passport information, or other sensitive identity documents through the public website or WhatsApp.

How information is used

Information may be used to respond to inquiries, evaluate job or staffing opportunities, administer referral programs, communicate about relevant openings, maintain records, and protect the integrity of ASAT services.

Sharing

ASAT may share appropriate information with service providers and prospective work locations when necessary to respond to a request or evaluate an opportunity. ASAT does not sell personal information.

Retention and choices

Information is retained only as reasonably needed for business, legal, and operational purposes. You may ask ASAT to correct or delete information, subject to applicable obligations, by emailing Dallas@ASATLLC.org.
