ASAT referral rewards.

Draft terms—not yet final. ASAT should confirm the qualification dates, duplicate-referral rules, exclusions, tax treatment, and payment process before publishing this page.

Reliable worker referral — $100

A qualified referrer may receive $100 after the referred worker is accepted by ASAT, remains actively assigned for at least three months, and maintains performance and attendance in good standing.

Client contractor transition — $100

A qualified referrer may receive $100 when an authorized business relationship lawfully transitions to ASAT and remains active for at least three months. The program does not encourage violation of existing agreements or unauthorized representation of another business.

Contract location lead — $300

A qualified referrer may receive $300 when a new, verified contract opportunity supplied by that referrer becomes an active ASAT location and at least one ASAT worker is successfully placed under ASAT’s final written qualification standard.

General conditions

Only the first valid, documented referral may qualify.
Self-referrals, duplicate submissions, fraudulent information, and opportunities already known to ASAT may be ineligible.
ASAT verifies eligibility, performance, active-service periods, contract status, and payment timing.
Rewards may be taxable to the recipient; recipients are responsible for their own tax obligations.
ASAT may modify or end a program prospectively, subject to applicable law.
